On time
First Glenn was on time, he communicated with me from bout 0830 until he arrived. He was clean, professional, enthusiastic and blunt. I don't need to discuss the Esther or traffic, I needed answers as to what to do bout my dishwasher and he provided exactly that. He was courteous to my pit bull and very careful on my new tile floors. He provided fair and correct info for me to evaluate my options. Why can't they all be like Glenn.

Glenn was professional and courteous. He called ahead to give a more precise time of arrival. Very quick to identify the problem and ordered all necessary parts. Installation was quick and my dishwasher is now running with no issues. Excellent customer service. Very much appreciated.
