Washer on the fritz.
Our tech today is a seasoned professional. He knew exactly what was wrong, just by listening to it. The previous tech said it was due to the fact the filter was full. Wish we could request this tech on the regular.

Repair of My Amana Washing Machine
Michael was very efficient and knowledgeable during the repair of my washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and removed and replaced the suspension springs.

Finally
After a frustrating bout with the auto attendant and the scheduler we finally got the technician to show up 2.5 weeks later after 4 missed appointments. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. After 25 minutes we had a resolution to our issue.

Customer respect
Michael has much more respect for the customer than other repair service techs. This is especially true in his respect for customer time by keeping me constantly up-to-date on when he would arrive. Other services do not do this and some techs don't even show up. I did not have to wait around the whole day wondering when (and if) he would arrive. I was even able to run some errands before he arrived because I knew when he would arrive. Michael was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem, and quickly fixed it.

Excellent service
John called 20 minutes before he arrived and was on time. He replaced part of the ice maker on my refrigerator in about 20 minutes and then departed in a timely fashion and cleaned up well.
