It takes much too long to get a phone call answered just to be transferred to another department just to be on hold again for over half or disco hour. One day I was on hold for over an hour just to get my call answered. got transferred to a different agent who had me on hold for over 15 minutes to check into things. Then I got disconnected. When I called back the recording said you were closed.

Pedro Remains Great
This was a repeat repair and Pedro took it very seriously, tracking the problem to its probable cause and dedicating the time to clearing it up. He also cleaned up the water that had leaked into the refrigerator and put back the items he'd had to remove. Throughout, he was courteous and efficient.
