Adequate
He needs to work on his communication skills. He showed up after the scheduled time and fixed the appliance, but didn't know what he did to fix it.

First time with terrible communication.
My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times by the technician "at customer's request" with no call or now show by the tech. I did NOT reschedule the appointment. It took 4 weeks to get him back to my house to install the part he ordered. On the day the part was finally installed, tech did not put the drain pipe for the washer into the clip that holds it into the drain, so when I used it the first time, it flooded my laundry room. I have never before had a bad experience with Sears Home Services. Nor have I had a bad experience with Daryl before. He has been here to work on my washer/dryer before. His actual work on the machine was quick and efficient. He was there and gone in 20 minutes. The communication this time was terrible, however, and trying to reach customer service was an even bigger nightmare.

Scheduling problem
I wish there is a way to know a more specific timeframe and not 8 am to 5 pm. We are all working so it's difficult to schedule an appointment. The other problem was our confirmed appointment was canceled and rescheduled. I already made an arrangement for someone to be there. That person made an arrangement at work so she can be there.

I need a question answered not sure how to rate beforehand
Why did they remove the broken cage from my washer and not replace it with a new one? I was at the doctor and my DIL was the one who was here for repair. Just concerned. We have babies and toddlers in the house and need to know if it is safe or good for the washer not being covered. It was what caused the noise before the removal.

Wasn't the most professional or friendly
This is the 2nd time I have had this particular technician come to my home. Both times he has had a negative attitude, complaining about the work he had to do concerning my appliances. Not very friendly or effective communicator.

Not happy with this customer service
I had 3 appts made before he finally showed up. Sears would text me day of appt and say he called in sick. And the apps were weeks apart. So I without washer for 2 months til job was complete

Denny was what I'd like to call "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". The only thing I did not like was that he called once he got in our driveway. We expected a call a tad bit earlier, but his customer service was a 10/10. He was patient, professional, he listened, answered questions, and asked questions. He provided a solution concerning a folllow-up, and communicated his abilities well. These are the kinds of professionals that the community "beg" for. One who makes you feel comfortable around him, one that knows his job, and seeks to find answers to hidden questions. He is welcome back in our home anytime.

Service tech Keith's attitude was not professional. Service on my appliance was not up to par. Addressed my issues with my appliance and Keith did not welcome my input for the repair.
