Denny C was a nice technician and appeared to know his business. I would have rated him a 5 based on his professionalism and performance if he had stuck to the original time I was texted which was between 7:43am and 8:24am or at least send me an updated message with the estimated time of arrival. He came hours later but we were not informed. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

The repair person was nice but he could not help with how to clean the refrigerator. He said the glass could not be remove to clean under it because it would break.
