He was very friendly, professional and respectful. I do appreciate him showing us he was concermed about our pets safety we had to only say one time please don't let him out something might happen to him. We live in the woods. At this time his work is great and he stayed on top of it to make sure we got it fixed in a timely manner so there wouldn"t be such a inconvience to us. I blieve it's going to work.
