Service was timely. I was very dissatisfied with service after the work was completed. Screws were left off of a platelet in the bottom of the oven. When called and asked about the screws. His response was, the oven must've been bought without the screws being there. Then I was told I could go get screws that would fit. So service after the job was completed failed miserably.

Connie's Ice Maker

My ice maker is not fixed yet. Made some ice, but won't drop into a glass. Scott put in 2 new parts yesterday, July 12th, but still not working correctly . Think freezing up, also; can't get out ice bucket. This is getting aggravating.Been 6 weeks, since began work on it. I am going out of town beginning tomorrow, July 21st and coming back July 28th. What can we do for me to have a working ice maker after paying over $500 for this appliance service June 7th? Thanks.

Very Disappointed

Well let say "Sears" isn't what they use to be .. my appointment was Friday 18th of Oct, between 8 & 5 , at between 3:50 & 4:10 we get a call from Adam he ask what exactly was going on with refg, I told him I also listed it when I made the appointment I was ataken back just a little but Adam said , yeah when I looked at the model # serial # 's yeah we have kinda had alot of trouble with that Model and then he said I'm almost in Montgomery, but it's probably the compresser he said , so it wouldn't be worth it to fix it , okayyy,but how do you " really know that's the problem and why aren't you at my house instead of almost in mont.but I didn't say that but the next thing he said was we can't get parts for that model anymore , and oh I forgot to tell you guys ,,, I am the wife Debra Aycock I booked the appt but put under my husband's name but when Adam said can't get parts I ask him to please hold on I went and gave my husband the phone and I said you got Sears technician on the line ,I told my husband did you know they can do a diagnostic from there vichcle , okay husband said you need to come to my house and Look at it, do your diagnostic .. He came he looked and he said it's the compresser and we can't get parts . We bought that refrigerator from Sears, Selma right before they closed it was scratch up and had dents in side of door .so the whole 2 1/2 years was awefull til the end we were in a pickle Thursday evening refrigerator goes out Friday .weekend. kids a mess we were in,,,and our appointment that we was praying that it can get fixed ,, we pray that it's almost new so we probably can fix ..but it was after 4pm and sweating it to get fixed , but we got the"" ""true ""story"" I stated above so I rate our experience a 1 out of a 5 .....thanks for asking James & Debra Aycock

Thor service

Technician Tommy was nice but unfamiliar with stove. While he did get the eye to light, he incorrectly put a screw in cover & left other one out. I believe he should have opened cover to reposition the inside piece so he could screw it back together properly. This morning I found this because I was getting a lot of gas odor & very large flame which also could be because something is not together correctly. Contacted customer service & was told they would not come back to correct unless manufacturer requests more service. This is a joke & I have requested manufacturer not pay for any service until this is taken care of.

We'll never use another Samsung again!

We bought a Samsung oven in October 2023. In June 2024 it made a loud pop noise and all power ceased. The company sent out a repair technician and he ordered the parts needed. He came back two weeks later and said it was the wrong part. So he ordered again, came back another two weeks and the part had been shipped and poorly packed so it was shattered. He ordered parts again and came back two more weeks and this time the parts were wrong and didn't fit. He left, no return appt was made and we have no idea when they'll be back. No further parts have been received. I've called his phone numerous times with no response. When you call Samsung all you get is AI and no live support. I've been without a stove now for almost three months now! I would never recommend a Samsung oven or this repair company!!
