Washer Repair

Michael called to discuss issues with the washer. Explained he would have to do in home evaluation. Will arrive in 15 minutes. He introduced self, explained what he was doing. Did a test run cycle, determined air in line. Problem corrected. He also showed me how to drain should I have recurrent problem.

Exceptional Service and Professionalism

He arrived earlier than the scheduled time, conducted a thorough diagnosis, and completed the work very quickly. He was professional, friendly, and did not charge for unnecessary services. Additionally, he cleaned both the dryer and the washing machine. I am extremely satisfied with his service.
