Service leaking refrigerator
Service provided by Matthew was excellent-courteous, focused on solving problem, polite. However, It took approximately 3 weeks to receive service which may have been due to Sears or American Home Shield--not sure which. Service was promised on two occasions prior to the tech actually showing up. No reason given for no-shows.
