Home service
The service was not performed. I waited for hours and no one showed up. I received several messages stating someone was on the way but nothing. I feel my time was wasted and not respected. I purchased a stove that stop working a month after purchasing. I have asked them to fix this but for some reasons I am still dealing with the issue. Hopefully this gets taken care of because I don't want to have to purchase another one when I just purchased this new one from BADCOCK.

Babysitting washer. Daily.
I wish I had the money I wasted on a 5 year warranty. Replaced a stabilizer rod but my wife and I still have to babysit the washer and rearrange the clothes to finish the spin cycle. When you schedule something good luck on any kind of expediency.

Waste of time
Technician told us he couldn't do anything to our product because they couldn't find the model number.

Frustrating
This is not directed at Kelston, but the SEARS REPAIR SERVICE as a whole. I have been having trouble with my dishwasher and 2 technicians have come out and stayed less than 5 minutes and left saying there is nothing THEY can do. . .so where does that leave me? DISHWASHER NOT WORKING & IPAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY and no solution to my issues. WHY AM I STILL BELIEVING & TRUSTING SEARS? I never hear a solution, only thing is "I will report it"; and no follow up. It takes 45-50 minutes for them to travel to my home, and I have to wait on appointments, and still no resolution to the issues with my dishwasher 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
