Diagnosed Washer
He explained why the washer wasn't really worth the fix.. He then gave us tips on how to make our washers last longer.. He was very good on explaining things so we knew all of our options very happy with the service even though it was mostly bad news

Excellent service
He came early and made the necessary repairs. He pushed the refrigerator back the pipe broke again. He replaced the pipe, checked it to make sure that there was no more water leakage coming from that area. I was very pleased with his work and he cleaned up after he completed the job, thank you

Alex did a wonderful job. Explaining everything along the way. He has the parts in his truck. He completed the job in a timely fashion. He even cleaned up the dryer and surrounding area. This was so helpful to my family. 5 stars.

Honest effort
Kelvin didn't come in and give me a five minutes answer that would have resulted in me spending more money for failed repairs when I could have for less replaced the item...he gave it an honest effort to see what was exactly the cause of the issue. and I value that considering I had just spent 270 on previous repairs and this issue was not resolved
