On Time, and Knowledgeable
Our technician texted us before arriving. He explained what he was doing and why and then discussed our alternatives. He was up front about the charges and his recommendations. Very thorough and cleaned up before he left. Excellent service.

Outstanding Service
My experience with SEARS was nothing short than outstanding to include the service provider Christopher - my hat off to him. Should I need service in the future, I respectfully request Christopher as my provider. He was on time and did an excellent job. SEARS was great - you don't need to change a thing as if it is not broke, don't fix it (smile).

Online service for scheduling works and saves time. Notifications about appointment cut down on anxiety of missing the tech. The tech was knowledgeable, respectful, informative, encouraging, and fixed the issue with the refrigerator. He also followed up on his work directly after servicing the unit.
