Excellent Customer Service
Chelsea (Service Technician) was very professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and he also listened to our concerns. He was very knowledgeable in diagnosing our washer. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Chelsea deserves deserves 100 stars. Mr. & Mrs. Lewis

Repair Technician
Rick did a great job from start to finish. He came one day d diagnosed what was wrong ordered the part we would need.. at the part shipped right to our house. Was able to come back and finish up repairing it a couple weeks later after we received the part needed to be replaced.

My refrigerator is still not fix
My fridge is still not fix. But my service is mark completed. And it's been a month and going on to a 1 week and still waiting for parts to fix my refrigerator. Technician is not really professional. He came into my house for 5 minutes and he didn't open up my refrigerator to see what parts is broken and needs repair. He just look at inside the freezer and said it need defroster and fan. And said that it's the same issue like other clients . He order parts but they didn't come in at next appointment. Technician couldn't track parts at reschedule appointment and to call AHS. And AHS said that sears will call us and no calls from sears.So we called AHS again and said to wait 30 days and april 17th was considered 30 days. So AHS reschedule appointment. Then the following week one part came in other part technician was suppose to bring to appointment to fix fridge. But he didnt come with parts. And we called AHS again and they said to wait 2 to 3 days. So the fridge is still fix.

Curtis was great. Everything else sucks.
Curtis was polite and professional. The entire process otherwise was ridiculous. Originally my husband made the appt. and put in the notes to contact ME (as he works on base and cannot take his phone into his building). This note was not passed on. Neither was our gate code. I called and they said they were passing the info along. They never did. So I took a day off work and sat around all day for nothing. Not Curtis' fault, though he could have scrolled to my name and hit call to get into the gate. Guess he didn't notice that. It happens. So I called again and said I need to reschedule. They took my information and said I would get a call back within the hour to reschedule. The call never came. So I went online and made a new appt. And now it appears they automatically also rescheduled the original appointment. Good grief. Get rid of the AI and out of country outsourcing. Customer service is AWFUL. Will never use again. Curtis was A+ by the way.

Leaking Samsung Washer
my washer is a Samsung. It was leaking with no apparent cause I called Sears and the technician came out and was there as expected. He tested the washer twice and still could not find why it was leaking, but he gave me an explanation. He was very conscientious, polite kind.
