The servicemen was very quick in identifying the probkem and recommending a solution. Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Quick and efficient service

Jonathan, the technician did a quick and efficient job with the reparation of the refrigerator.
However, I also have an upright freezer that is supposed to be repaired.  I received the parts already.  I have tried to contact someone in Sears repair to let them know, but all I get is the automated system that tells me I have an appointment on April 8th.  That date has already passed and I'm still waiting for someone to install the parts.  I've tried various times to speak to a human, but all I get it the system that is not helpful.
