Daniel was phenomenal in our eyes. He was knowledgeable and patient. Our refrigerator had 2 issues. The first was the computer screen that had gone bad. And our ice maker that could not make ice cubes. After waiting for an appointment for 3 weeks Danny showed up today. The parts were here and he went to work. His expertise with the parts and how to replace the broken ones was a difficult task. The ice maker was frozen to the core. Patiently, he had to defrost first before being able to access the right controls. All in all the parts have been replaced and we are waiting 24 hours for ice to dispense. The computer screen has to be reconfigured with our phone. Danny did a great job, knowing his stuff and patiently. He deserves to be rewarded and recognized as a valuable employee.
