I had Sears home repairman from A&E come to diagnose my old glass cooktop which had a burner stop working. They came the same day, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and looked up parts to fix it. Unfortunately the model is so old replacement parts are not available. The good news tho is it is standard 36" size and he showed me prices online to replace it with the same brand. Not as much as I expected but I'll be shopping for a new one soon. 🥴 Great service tho! Friendly, professional and quick to respond.

Steve, your technician worked hard to correct the oven problem. When the shipped part did not resolve the issue, he made several calls to Thor and actually came up with his own solution, which corrected the problem. I appreciate his persist and expertise.
