Mark is THE BEST!!
Mark came out and identified the issue with my oven. Of course it was an element out and he had to find the part. I was panicking as Thanksgiving is next week!! He said he would try his best... well I was not expecting him to not only find the part, drive to go get it and be back at my house the next day to install! He really went above and beyond! He is a professional with excellent customer service skills! I was so lucky to have him for my repair! Thank you Mark!!!!

What does this mean?
Todd was great. However, trying to get in touch with a human was frustrating and impossible. As a result, I will NEVER order anything from Sears EVER again! It would've been wonderful to be able to speak with someone who spoke better English while making the appointment. She ended up giving me another appointment for the refrigerator which I did not order. The whole phone experience was an absolute nightmare. Again, Todd the technician was wonderful

Kenmore Stove Rear-burner Switches Replaced
Patrick arrived at my home right at 8:00am - took the stove-top apart - diagnosed the problem - replaced the defective parts and re-assembled the stove - checked the burners to make sure everything was working as intended. Very professional - seemed very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service provided!

Good service There was some communication with regards to time expected, not nearlyenough since there is a 9 hour window 8am to 5pm That is too long to wait for a technician to arrive at my house
