Hussein "Kay" is incredibly kind and helpful!
Kay came and diagnosed our problem. It will cost more to repair our less-than-5-year-old dishwasher than to replace it completely. But, Kay was incredibly knowledgeable and kind to help us determine what appliance to buy next. I am disappointed in KitchenAid, but happy to have Kay's help.

Fridge repair
Bill did a great job. Very constant and persistent. Several hours and two trip were required. He explained rhe process and what had been done. Ultimately the firsge is deemed un repairable, however bill stuck with it and explored all options for long term repair.
