Service Tech Todd was great!! Scheduling service was NOT
Todd was very knowledgeable, helpful and probably one of the most upbeat service technicians I have ever seen. He was great, had the range fixed in under 30 minutes and explained everything. I would recommend Todd to anyone - He was very pleasant & knew what he was doing! It's just a shame that I had to wait 4+ weeks to actually get Sears to send someone. Sears needs to do better with servicing customers (especially those that have a Service Maintenance contract) in a TIMELY manner.

I didn't like paying for everything beforehand and I think that you charged an exorbitant labor fee. I Idid not like that I was unable to contact anyone, not by email and there was no phone listed that I could call.

Cesar went way over beyond just checking out my over 20 year old Kenmore Washer. He also gave me his tips for keeping my machine in tip top condition for many more years to come. And Cesar also advised me on the best way to use my washing machine to get my clothes the cleanest possible with the least wear, ways to keep my washing machine itself fresh smelling and clean, and how often to do so to keep it that way, plus so much more helpful information that even after years of doing laundry I did not know.
