Good Work
I was very pleased with this person because I have had my repair maintenance for yours and I had complained at times the same reason he is the ONLY one that found the issue took his time fixed it and explained and I was happy with the results. I hope moving forward I can have him again for my annual maintenance check.

This has been a month long project of our dryer not working. Alex, has been the one dealing with this, and we couldn't be more happier. He has patience, is knowledgeable and explains what is wrong and what needs to be done. He is polite and I wish all technicians were like him. We are pleased with the job done.

Washing Machine Repair
We had Enrique out to service our washing machine today. He was great at communicating his eta throughout the morning. He arrived and was able to identify the problem in minutes. He had the part we needed to replace the leaking water intake valve. Enrique was kind, courteous, personable and quick with our service call. He's fantastic! 5 Stars!

Repair of Frigerator drain
Frank called me when he was on his way to my home, giving me time to clear out the refrigerator. He pulled the back off the refrigerator and went to work. He was fast and did a fantastic clean up. Service was fast and refrigerator is running well. He is consistent in doing excellent work.

Kenmore refrigerator
I'm not sure my problem is gixe. He glued the seal so it's ok for now. Can't figure out why the seal keeps failing
