Great service.  Ambrocio arrived at 8:30am (window 8-Noon).  He identified the problem with the dryer,  made the repair, and removed the dust.  He kept me informed about what he was doing.  I also appreciated the texts and emails from Sears Home Service which kept me updated.  Excellent service from booking the appointment to repair to follow-up.  Would recommend the company.

Steve has been diligent pursuing serial numbers, etc. that has been worn from many years of use by contacting the right people to get going.  The fortunate or if you look at it another way unfortunate because it works somewhat because you can't increase temperature but only lower it.  Steve would have to take the oven back for diagnostic repair or replaced.  It would be gone for a month or two.  We would not be ready until after the New Year.  When the next call comes, I hope there is not a another deductible for the oven.  Steve was very diligent in providing information.
