Eddie was very knowledgable and got right to work. Eddie showed up within the agreed on time, assessed the ice maker and made adjustments and left us with instructions that if this adjustment didn't fix the bridging problem with the ice cubes call back. Thank you Eddie.

Communication is Key
Mark communicated by phone call and text prior to, during and after completion of task. Not everyone does anymore. He offered additional services via home warranty, but we declined. He followed up w/the "why not" appropriately. No $, no fun was the answer.

Repair of Fridge
Dino answered all my questions and told me my fridge can't be repaired. So next step is to replace it. I was told this back in May but still hasn't happen. Hopefully Sears will stand by there warranty claim
