Tech was very polite and professional. Quickly assessed the issue and was able to provide a diagnosis and estimated cost of repair within minutes. Although I chose not to repair the appliance, he was courteous and quickly cleaned up to complete the appointment.

I am very pleased with the techs who came to my home in response to my broken washer. The service on my older model Kenmore washer was done on-time, thoroughly, and with care. Not only was my broken washer fixed, the issue and fix were explained well, and in a polite manner. I am so happy that I have the Sears Home Services agreement in place for my appliances, and that the technicians are top-notch.
