Very disappointed
Technician came by 9:30, which was good because I had been given a window of 8-5. He was neat with his work, and kept me informed . Supposedly, it was the ignition, which he replaced. After, he left, turned oven on to to 350. It never turned on. I called customer service, told I would get a follow up call. Never was called. I paid 254 for the ignition/labor and left with an oven that's not working.

Wrong way to serve, you total waste of my time
The technician did not wanted to check the refrigerator since the model number was not legible enough for a photo, I am not a technician and. Was able to figure out the model number in 10 minutes, so I think is unreasonable the way sears home service do business; I will never again waste my time.
