Refrigerator Repair
George was great. However our refrigerator broke in July and it took 7 weeks to get it working again. Unacceptable! One appointment the repair tech never arrived after we waited all day. Unbelievable! 2nd compressor repair in 7 years. Poor equipment and service scheduling for Kenmore Pro product. Expensive repairs. Can anything be done to reduce the financial charges?

Dmitri was great!
Dmitri was professional, very knowledgeable, respectful of our home and personable. He repaired the refrigerator in less time than expected and answered all our questions.
