Diagnostics on double ovens and a dishwasher
Jacob was thorough and completed his diagnostics in a timely manner. He was able to explain the results of the diagnostics on my double ovens and my dishwasher in a clear and concise manner. Jacob's explanation enabled me to make well informed decisions on whether to continue with these appliances or replace them.

Jenair glass stovetop
John did a great job. He would have completed the job with less parts to order if the different technician that cane between his visits hadn't broken the switch to another burner that was working perfectly. Repair continuity eas severed once the other repair person worked in the stove. My suggestion is,send the same repairman if another visit is needed to finish the repair. There was no communication between the two so when John came back after the second repairman,he didn't have a clue as to what the other one had broken!!! Not advantageous to the insurance company or my time and iconvenience.Apparantly, the insurance company seems to be unaware of the lack of continuity of the repair company. Several hours of technical labor plus extra parts due to the ineptitude of the other technician adds up to a lot of money that had to be paid out on my policy
