Fridge gasket
The tech was great but I feel sears should have better pricing when only half the job is done for a repair ($400 to $500 for fridge gasket replacement and only one side was changed due more complexity and risk to fridge). Only $50 off felt unfair. As far as repairs, sears has done a great job when we called for repairs.

Tim has been our appliance repair person for at least 10 years. When we call him, we can count on him to figure out the problem and fix it in the most economical way possible. If he can't fix it or it would be cheaper to replace it, we know we can trust him.

Vish was experienced and moved right along fixing the cold water dispenser on the side-by-side refrig/freezer. He was also efficient in checking out the front burner problem on the range top. He clearly knows his job.

Enrique is a very nice person and a competent technician
Had a great experience with Enrique today, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my oven light. I was friendly, tolerant and kind to my dogs and solved the problem of my oven light not going off when the oven door shut. So thank you Sears and Enrique, I really appreciate your help.

Excellent service!
Technician got to the appointment on, time in a few minutes, figured out what the problem was with the microwave. The previous technician that had come to fix the microwave couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Thank you very much for the good work!!!!
