Andry was very know.edgable and tried his best to fix the oven/microwave but sadly we have to get further help from the whirlpool experts.
The problem is with your communication with the customer on the whole.  You cancelled one of our parts and we had to wait over a week to get a service person back.  You then cancelled that appointment for no reason and then cancelled the appointment for the next day for no reason.  I had to get my warranty company to reach out to you and guarantee they would come today.

Technician is great, Sears customer service is not

The service technicians were able to order the correct parts.  Even though they were installed properly the water dispenser didn't work right off the bat, but the 2nd service technician said to give it a few days and now it works perfectly. The water flow is even better than before.
