The repairman, Brandon, was great. He arrived as expected and was very communicable with all steps and everything he was doing. He went above and beyond the norm. What we really liked was that he was easy to talk to and he clearly explained everything in layman's details

Good but not complete
Edwin is a very good technician. Unfortunately he has rules to follow, and Sears did not allow him to make the repairs required to fix my A/C. So, my warranty company is scheduling service with another company. Sears gets less then a star from me!!

Hvac Technician
Anthony was very professional. He listen to hear from us exactly what we had experienced. He was very informative. He assured us he was going to get our A/C unit ip and running. He will complete the job after 24 hours to allow the unit to unthaw to put the freon in it.
