Experienced and efficient
Out technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. It took him no time at all to diagnose the issue, triple check to make sure, and had the faulty part in his van. He installed and tested the part/system multiple times to ensure wouldn't have issues once he left. We are so happy with the service! Thank you!

Mr Abdur-rahim S. examined my outside unit and the HVAC unit. Previously, he changed my AC compressor in August which worked for about 30 days. Today 10/24/24 he showed me the circuit breakers were both 20A instead of 40A. I then changed them to 40A. However, but they still blow warm and not cooling my home so they are continuously running. So now I know that the circuit breakers were not the issue. So I need another Sears service tech to resolve my HVAC problem. PLEASE!!!

Ahead is a good technician. He works until the job is done and he cares about the customer. I used to work for Sears many years ago and Sears taught its employees that the customer comes first and should be taken care of regarding their needs. Thanks to AJ that he displays this trait.

unit not running properly
i'm very pleased with the technician. Call me 15 minutes before he arrive.. on time very politeI show him where the unit was he went to do his diagnostic and took care the problem.
