Sean was a very nice mannered young man. He listened to me when I told him what was happening with the furnace. He seemed to know his job. He did a diagnostic of the furnace and found a problem. I hope that was the problem. He fixed what he found. I'm waiting to see what's going to happen. If anyone has to come back PLEASE, PLEASE, let him be the technician. Thank you!!!!!!

Out technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. It took him no time at all to diagnose the issue, triple check to make sure, and had the faulty part in his van. Mr Abdur-rahim S. examined my outside unit and the HVAC unit. Previously, he changed my AC compressor in August which worked for about 30 days. Today 10/24/24 he showed me the circuit breakers were both 20A instead of 40A. I then changed them to 40A. However, but they still blow warm and not cooling my home so they are continuously running. So now I know that the circuit breakers were not the issue. So I need another Sears service tech to resolve my HVAC problem. PLEASE!!!
