Cornel troubleshooted the issue and found a bad connection. Nice for the homeowner! He also recommended a call to Nest regarding a potential weak battery issue. Great job! AC is functioning well!

After 3 job orders and weeks of non service because tech Steven says he arrived 2 times and a 3rd completing the job without arriving to our home, Timothy was a delight to see. Performed as a top tier tech, knowledgeable and very nice. This has sorta renewed my belief that Sears actually CARES for me, a paying customer after many many years. Thank you Timothy for helping us, if up to me, Timothy deserves a raise and days off and an advancement in the company if he so desire.
