Couldn't be better!
Once again a helpful and very pleasant person who has been with Sears for some time, as have I, almost 18 years I think. Jev saw what seemed an obvious problem and remedied it with dispatch. The problem simply did not display all issues and we both thought it was fixed. Not so and I will be perfectly happy to have Jev back to check it out again. Efficient, Professional, and Personable
Patrick did a wonderful job of explaining the problem to us, and also of explaining exactly how he was going to fix it. After examining the failed parts he also took the time to explain how and why they failed. He also explained how we can take better care of the dishwasher in the future. We would highly recommend Patrick; we really appreciate the work he did and the way he did it.

Our service technician Bill was top notch. Bill made the service call as promised. He checked out our ice maker, found the problem and made extra effort to find the new ice maker. He went the extra mile to go get and replace the ice maker the same day. He is an amazing technician and employee for Sears Home Services.
