Oven air fryer and temperature issue
Brian, went through everything and explained a lot of things that were new to me. The air fryer appears to be working well and I will try to keep an eye on it. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Brian showed me how to adjust the oven temp.

He was able to fix the problem quickly. Could have probably done it myself if the troubleshooting guide had listed the problem or if Customer Support had the how-to instructions to fix it.

He gave good answers about how to get things fixed. He did let me know the microwave was not the problem. I DO NOT appreciate how Sears does business. Trying to pressure me to buy a warranty program. The service was overpriced. The warranty was overpriced. I will NEVER call Sears again. The technician was the ONLY bright spot. Very knowledgeable and polite.

If you purchase appliances you need warranty protection and one that out lasts the appliance. And be sure they use Sears appliance repair they're the only one you'll need.
