Bad systems.
The service person is excellent and he did a good job, but your web site design is very bad. I couldn't even reschedule my appointment on the site. I call the 800 number to reschedule my appointment, the operator did not know what to do. These are very bad. Let me know if you are going to make it easier for your customer.

Microwave halogen light replacement
Bryan & Salvador came to our home & removed the microwave from its mounting & took the housing off to replace the halogen light with a new socket that was broken ... they worked well together & they could come back anytime ... thank you for sending them.
