Gas Stove
Excellent technician. Kept in communication on his arrival time. Did a great job determining if the problem was with the stove or gas line into the house. Turned out the stove is fine. Now working with UGI to ensure there aren't issues with the incoming lines to the house.

GREAT Service by Reuben
Our refrigerator was making a terrible noise. Reuben figured out that there was an ice build-up where the frost pipe was. He ordered 3 new parts and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. On his 2nd visit, Alfredo helped out and he was great also!!! Thanks!

The GE gas oven worked as it's supposed to when Robert, technician, was here. I will monitor it as it has not worked properly since I bought it a year ago. I don't use the oven often but being unreliable is problematic for me & I'm very disappointed. It's no fault of Roberts as he did all that he could.
