The issues I experienced for the pass week and reported to AHS for service inspection did not reveal the same issues when Mr. Matthew checked. Mr. Matthew went above and beyond to find an explanation by contacting a senior member. He was told, 3 service request stating the same issue.

However, after several appointment confirmations by both text and email for almost a week prior to my appointment and the arrival of the required parts, my appointment was cancelled without explanation at 2pm on the day of the appointment after I had been on standby since 8am. 6 wasted hours. It was rescheduled, again without any attempt with coordination for the next day. Calls to Sears Home Repair call center were unproductive and very hard to understand. I was cut off 3 times trying to talk to a supervisor after waiting a half hour on hold each time.... Again, the repairman was great after he showed up a date late. Here is my recommendation - 1) get a call center in the US, and 2) at least provide an explanation when you cancel or move an appointment that was scheduled for a week with multiple reminders from you. You completely dropped the ball on this appointment. I have also sent correspondence to American Home Shield in the hopes that they will revisit their contract with Sears.
