Top Notch Technician!
Michael was kind, prompt, courteous, informative, and skilled at his job. He showed up right when the arrival time was estimated to be for, he was friendly (despite the insanity from my semi-feral toddler), and he was great at explaining things for us. Thanks Michael! Marcus was very nice and professional. Even though he couldn't fix our issue due to a needed part. He gave us the part number so we could order it ourselves. It is the latch on the washer door that is broken. All we have to do is screw the new latch on.
