He called at 4:30, the projected time, to tell me he was way behind & was estimating 6:30. I said fine if he wanted to still come, if not it was ok (Sears only service I called that said same day). He said 6:30! Arrived at 6:25 & I asked if he was married, yes. She's gotta be most understanding wife!

This gentleman has the experience of years on the job. He cares about his clients. He could, and maybe should, be teaching the less experienced technicians. Maybe they should shadow him. He understands appliances. He can explain problems and solutions. I highly recommend this technician.
