Michael is an excellent technician and has serviced our appliances in the past. He kept me informed each step of the way and is always professional and courteous. That said, I am very concerned about the new appointment system that SEARS is using. First, my parts never arrived and are actually unavailable. This appointment therefore was a massive waste of everyone's time. You are unable to contact a real person even when calling the customer service number on the appointment notice. Appointments are always between 8am-5pm and the system does not update to narrow down a time, so you must wait the entire day (sometimes after 5pm). Technicians are only given the appointments as the AI "robot" drops them into their cue, so they do not even have a heads-up to give to customers. Since SEARS can charge a service fee for missed appointments, this is very frustrating. As I said, since the repair parts we're unavailable, this became a waste of everyones time. I truly appreciate Michael keeping me updated as I am still waiting to hear from a Sears representative to determine the next steps under our warranty.

The second repairman was wonderful! The first one that came out didn't think there was anything wrong. The second time he came , after calling him back, he couldn't remember being in my house, where my washer was or what the problem and it was just a couple of weeks. I am concerned for his health, possibly Alzheimer's or dementia. Maybe you can find another position for him. I feel so bad reporting this.

Mark was very professional. Upon walking in the door, he immediately took off his shoes without me even having to ask. That was a major courtesy for me. He immediately diagnosed the issue and got to work. His work was efficient yet prompt. Great work!!!
