Mr. Efrain was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Both times he came out to our residence he made sure we were prepared for a successful order and repair. He was also wonderful to visit and being a retired police officer, I was very pleased with his concern for his customers safety. He reminded me both times he was here to lock my door upon his leave and also returned to my door after leaving just to make sure I was aware my garage door was open. He has been the BEST service repair individual I have encountered.

Bill provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the appliance repair options, the probability of future component failure, the pricing of parts & labor and was able to answer all of my questions and provided quotes via text & email for future potential service needs. He made an effort to provide the correct pricing for the diagnostic fee. Overall it was a very positive Sears Repair experience!
