Wonderful technician!
Technician gets 6 stars, however, Sears Home Services customer service and scheduling is a nightmare! Not being able to talk to a real person, explaining circumstances created scheduling issues and needless cancelled appts. I will never call Sears again unless mandated by the appliance manufacturer.

He was very nice and took his time to make sure everything was ok and not any broken parts as the washer was new, I just didn't know how much to put in it for it to work correctly 😆.

Dishwasher repair
Despite the total of 5 separate appointments scheduled with 2 being cancelled by Sears for your system claiming the parts hadn't been sent and they were, in fact, here- it seems my dishwasher is finally fixed. Thank you Andrew. Getting through via phone or Sears Home Hub is really a challenge but the service people, when they get here, are great

Service excellent--but procedures terrible
Brandon the technician did a fine job. He was pleasant and patient and got the work done. That was a bit of a relief because it had been difficult to communicate about this appointment. Since my only personal contact was with the merchant (Albert Lee) and the appliance is an Electrolux, I had no idea I would be dealing with Sears. I received emails from Sears about the appointment more than once a day, but had no way to ask questions. The process was impersonal to the max, not very comforting to a customer who has problems with a brand new appliance.
