Stovetop service
Josh replaced burner knobs on my stovetop today. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Although I was hesitant to try an online-scheduled service I'd never used before, I would highly recommend Sears Home Services - and especially Josh.

Sears Home Services and their technician Bennie have provided another great experience. Last year, we had a problem with our refrigerator and their technician Lito had it figured out and repaired in no time. This time, we were having trouble with one of our range's burners and Bennie had the problem solved within just a few minutes, all the while maintaining a very professional and personable attitude. Kind of like having a good friend doing the repair and explaining the procedure through the whole process. Thanks for everything Bennie.

Claudio is the best!!
Claudio has been to our home a couple times to repair appliances. He is awesome!! The people that schedule the technicians are THE WORST!! It took THREE DAYS and twelve hours of waiting around for a technician to finally show up. The first two days after waiting four hours, we were informed they would not arrive. The third day he arrived at 5:00pm. The maintenance agreement says that I must pay a penalty fee if I miss my appointment. What penalty does Sears pay for missing two appointments? And then trying to get any answers over the phone is an absolute joke. Had I know the customer scheduling/support was this horrible, I would have never purchased the service.

Bobby is the best!
Bobby is very professional and super kind and caring. He even tells jokes 😆 I had the pleasure of having him come to my home twice (once for my dryer and today for my gas stove. I highly recommend him!!

The technician arrived promptly. Listened to the explanation of the problem. Quickly determined a solution. Worked diligently to restore the appliance to good order. Cleaned up his work area and treated the work area with respect. The technician gave a brief description of the worked he performed and how to avoid putting the appliance in the condition which initiated the call. The technician conducted himself in a very professional manner. I will recommend this service to friends and family.
