Luis did a wonderful thorough job. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Sears Home service. I Made an appointment for this service on February 17, 22, 25, all three appointments was a NO SHOW!!!! I wasted those days sitting around waiting for my service and you never gave me a good excuse why they were not here. I am beyond disgusted with the service you've provided to me. I'm sure you had done the same to other client. I have never experience being stood up 3 different days and finally got my service today from Luis. I would never recommend Sears Home Service to anybody. You don't deserve one single star for what's happened to me.
