Excellent technician/ company needs work

This is an excellent worker with good work ethics and good people skills. He is the saving grace as my interaction with Sears itself would be a 1 star. They completely errored on having me wait an entire day and had inadvertently cancelled my appointment. After waiting 7 hours, I called and was told Martinez was on his way and they had "talked to him twice ". I was able to get ahold of him and he said I was not on his schedule and had not received any calls. I called the company more than upset, and rescheduled and was told I would be first in the morning. On the next appointment day. I called today and by chance got the same person whom I had been promised that I would be first in the morning and he admitted that he did not have the authority to make a time but just told me that as I was so angry for waiting a day for nothing and he didn't figure I would be able to get ahold of him again. Unbelievable! To end on a positive note, the tech, Martinez, is marvelous.
