Greensboro, NC, February 2024This technician just open the doors to my refrigerator looked at the manufacture date and said you need a new compressor. He had me sign my name on the cell phone and left. He checked nothing else.

Templeton, CA, February 2024I was unable to get to my phone in time to immediately make a payment as requested, due to driving conditions in the rain and carrying a toddler. The technician said he would withold work until he was paid showing no patience or effort to be flexible. He kept calling and calling, threatening to leave the job. Will not use this company again.
