He was very thorough with everything, but when I called to make the appointment I asked for service after 2:30 pm and instead the service person arrives at 8am, so I was late to work.

Mario was very efficient and friendly when removing the control panel from the dryer. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE TIME SEARS SERVICE IS TAKING TO REPAIR THE DRYER. AS OF THIS WRITING, IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS AND NO ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETING THE REPAIR!

Reuben was magnificent. He was very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. In all my years of having Sears come here and do the annual cleaning, Ruben was the only one that took the time and really clean out the lint from the dryer which had years of buildup.
