Salinas, CA, July 2024I appreciated his call before coming. Prior to Fidel coming I had many problems communicating with the warranty people. The digital system did not work for me - the choices presented to me didn't cover what I needed. They assigned me 3 different times they were coming and I had appoints, some the same day ( I stayed home for the first and second assigned times but when no show I couldn't) Fidel did a great job and so pleasant. Keep him.

Downingtown, PA, July 2024Glenn was great but not happy with the scheduling and the amount charged for my job. Glenn was under the impression that this was a warranty job. There was confusion from the start but not on Glenn's end. I scheduled a cleaning for last week and asked about how much changing the door to the other side would cost. They told me to speak with the technician. When Jeo came out he recommend a specialist switch the door since he had never completed the job on my type of dryer before. He recommended waiting for the cleaning. Jeo said that he was going to call me later to set up the appointment with a specialist but never heard back. I emailed your scheduling department over the weekend and all of sudden I had a service appointment scheduled for today which I was not happy about. In the end, Glenn knew nothing about doing a cleaning and had to took a chance in switching the door which I appreciate. But I had no idea that it was going to cost me $300. I agreed with Glenn that he did not have enough time for the cleaning. Not happy from the beginning.

Folkston, GA, July 2024No problem fixing my appliances. I have never had a service person ask to use my bathroom. He had just come through the city. He was on his work phone most of the time. Setting up the appointment is a NIGHTMARE!!!! The person answering the phone doesn't speak English very well. Problems understanding what she said. Had to repeat multiple times and repeatedly ask what they said. Then they got a nasty attitude and said if I couldn't understand what was being said, then maybe I should call back. Not a good experience. But you still want customers to continue to pay for the protection plans, then wait several weeks for the appliances to be fixed. Maybe pay the technicians more money.
