I made an appointment for my yearly maintenance for my washer and dryer! Ron took about 10 minutes to do both that including coming to ask for my signature twice to get paid 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

It seen as though technician didn't want to work. He diagnosed prior to taking dryer apart. I don't want to do business with this person again.

Sears home warranty service is garbage. Not organized, cannot get a replacement after several repairs , customer service is trash cannot get a us connection, cannot speak to a manager to get resolve on my repairs. Instead they say it's being escalated and escalated and escalated after months of not getting my refrigerator serviced, replaced or repaired still waiting on parts, as for other appliances technician came and we were told that the appointment was not under warranty which my warranty is active and not expired I can see how Sears service has gone down the drain. I wish that I can find a better warranty service and other place where I can buy my appliances Very lousy customer service Except for the Spanish speaking customer services.

Very bad. The person who came to do maintenance came with a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work. He only vacuumed the filters of the dryers and with the same vacuum cleaner in poor condition he vacuumed the hoses of the washing machines . That's what I do as a routine. Unhappy with the Sears service

I am very unhappy with the service performed on my Refrigerator - (1) Alvin said the rubber seal was extremely dry but he didn't replace it. He just used a heat gun to try to soften it. (2) He didn't clean under the refrigerator. He never pulled the bottom front part off to check it. I have never had this problem before with any of the other technicians who came every year. Not happy at all.

I requested that my filter be cleaned for my washer and the service tech stated he doesn't perform filter and drain cleaning… like why even come to my home and charge me!

He told me that my dog had craped on the floor and he wasn't going to work on those conditions because the carpet was wet and he felt unsafe! I get that but it was his tone, he was loud talking my daughter and he was insisting on payment first and I didn't feel comfortable! So I'm canceling my service! He canceled the call and I will take my business elsewhere!
