I was satisfied with the man who came to do my furnace maintenance. I am not satisfied how Sears does the appointments. You get an appointment and have to arrange your day and then they cancel. They scheduled another appointment without even checking with me and I was afraid to say no it doesn't work but I'm afraid to say no and then I have to make other arrangements. Nothing against the man who came though. He was very professional
