No working washer
Third time coming out. First time said it was too many suds, had to have them come out again ordered a piece, came out, replaced the piece. He stated The washer was working great went to use the washer and it's still running the same code that was running day one. Two months without a washer with the same error code from the very first visit. Very frustrating.

Dish washer
He was ok in that he knows how to do the work. But I am sure he miss diagnosed the problem the first time and replaced the hoses, when it was the motor all along that needed replace. It ended up casting me so much more than it needed to be.

Dishwasher
The tech that came did not do any trouble shooting when it came to the dishwasher. He just assumed it was the control panel and it was not. So while waiting for a month for the tech to come back we decided to get a new dishwasher since we didn't want to wait 6 months to finally have it fixed. It would have been nice if the tech had actually did a trouble shoot on it so we knew what was reallly going on.
